Am a transformative and innovative driven individual with practical skills in complex program management.I have 16 years experience managing dynamic donor funded projects.I have demonstrated competence in budget tracking for results,risk mitigation and cost control. I have clear understanding of Programme conception,design ,development ,implementation ,Monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning for impact. Am able to influence behavior for impact outcomes and create value with vast skills in effective communication, negotiation,influencing,partnership management,stakeholder engagement and can lead with agility,spontaneity and creativity. I am familiar with data collection and analysis and data quality management and standard operating procedures from Monitoring and evaluation perspective.

I have served as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Anglican development Services which has enabled me gain valuable skills and experience that cam add value to WWF monitoring and program teams.
