A resourceful and self- driven professional adept with monitoring and evaluation and Research practices. Highlights of my competences include; project management, data management, quality assurance and analysis. My aim therefore is to engage my prowess in data management on a monitoring and evaluation role where my skill-set can be engaged in improving processes and meeting daily organizational deliverables of assessing the performance of projects
Experience
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Highly experienced in the processes, tools and methods involved to access the impact of a particular activity or project and determining how it could have been done better by use of some of the M& E methods such as: formal surveys, theory based evaluation and participatory methods and ensuring senior management data queries are addressed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Program Management: Competent in keeping abreast with developments in program changes and progress in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase program performances and results.
- Quality assurance: Adept with the knowledge and expertise of preventing mistakes and defects and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers.
- Project management: Experienced and knowledgeable in managing the ongoing projects ensuring that all strategies put in place are running smoothly, the budget is adhered to and carrying out project planning and design.
- Data Management: Skilled in collecting data and ensuring that tools and functional systems are existed for purposes of collecting, analysis and synthesis of monitoring data.
- Research and analytical skills: Experienced in conducting a detailed research and ability to obtain process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Training Skills: Ability to prepare, design and implement training of new staff and trainers and creating content facilitation.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: I have learnt how to relate with people, maintaining good and professional relationships with my colleagues and interacting with suppliers to reach an agreement.
- ICT competence: Working knowledge of MS suite, internet and emails.
