With Mulu-disciplinary training background of Sociology, Development Studies, and Migration & Citizenship, I have more than 10 years of experience with Academic, Research and Consultancy as well as NGO environments working in different capacities. With additional training in research methods, project management, and M& E, I have ample experience of conducting and leading research, fundraising, project/program management. During my tenure with multiple national and International organizations, I have hands on experience as a University lecturer and head of Department, member and principal researcher/consultant. Similarly, my roles with NGOs include planning expert, M & E officer at local NGO while since 2021, I serve as Area Manager, and Program Coordinator for an International NGO.
