About BILGRAM KWENDO:

I have honed my skills in administering and managing various ERPs and service desks including Salesforce, Jira, and Freshdesk. I have also gained experience in building and managing an IT inventory system, installing and configuring computer networks, systems, and UniFi network devices, and troubleshooting IT issues and outages. My role also involves ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, and training staff on new technologies.
