My jurisdiction presently is tasked with: managing extension team, ensuring organic and fair trade certification process, implementing organic and fair trade standards in coconut value chain, training staff on good agricultural practice, creating health and safety awareness to both staff and farmers.  These mandate demands mastery of content in which environment is central on which all the production engagements are carried out thus foster advancement of both institution and stakeholders. Increased output is achieved, rewarding working environment, meet consumer needs preferences as well as raising living standards of small holder farmers in the region through expanding financial base for community. An agricultural extensionist  with 9 years’ experience in managing Farmer programs and organic and fair trade certification. i mage team of over 30 extension officers and purchasing officers, organic and fair trade certification for 3500 smallholder farmers, and sourcing in the coconut value chain at the coat as well as partner programs in relation to grants that support small holder farmers, I am confident that I would significantly contribute to the success of your team.

My  passion in Agricultural extension consists of 7years of experience in organic and fair trade certification for 3500  small holder farmers and managing internal control systems,designing work programs and implementation of donor funded activities within the organization and supporting extension through system training and support. My solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills allow me to excel in driving teams through all phases of project life cycles.

I studied a bachelor's degree course-agricultural education and extension at Egerton University with Second class honors, graduated in 2013.
