An accomplished result-oriented Security and Safety expert with over 14 years managing busy operations across Eastern Africa (10) countries.  Rich experience in developing, implementing and monitoring Security and Safety strategies, policies, and standards. Security risk assessment and safety audits; general improvement of workplace health and safety - for safe and healthy work environment; Incident and accident investigations and developing relevant learning packs and Improvement Action Plans; Journey management planning, and fast-tracking of (police, court) case resolutions. 

From Emergency Control room operation and management, to Security project manager, and thereafter to Country (Kenya facilities) Security and Safety manager, and further later into Regional/ area (Eastern Africa countries) Security and Safety (HSSE) manager, I possess a rich experience in the management of Security and Safety. I have for 13 years successfully delivered impressive results on the same while working for the global busy Shipping and Logistics organization, MAERSK. I have valuable experience in Investigations, Security risk assessment and safety audits, and development of Emergency response and operating procedure documents.

I have a Master of Business Administration MBA degree (HR option) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health OSH. Further I have studied (Certificates) Incident & Accident Investigation, and Security Management courses. Also trained in Fire safety and First aid management.
