About Benjamin Wachira:
As a Public Administration and Leadership student, I am driven by a passion for creating positive change in the world. I believe that effective policy-making, program management, and leadership are essential for creating a better future for all. Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong understanding of public sector governance, strategic planning, and organizational behavior. I have also gained practical experience through attachment were i was attached atat kwale county ward administrator’s office for two months and obtained various skills, customer service skills,computer literacy,communication skills,teamwork skills and presentation skills.
I am committed to using my education and experience to make a meaningful impact in the public sector and to contribute to the development of sustainable, equitable, and inclusive policies and programs. As a future public sector leader, I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals and organizations to drive positive change in our communities and beyond.

- Successfully resolved 95% of customers' inquiries concerning school bursary application status, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
- Processed and formatted 50+ documents for printing, ensuring that they met the required standards and were delivered within the specified timeline.
- Received and accurately captured data from 50+ Educational Management Information System datasheets, resulting in improved record-keeping.
- Sorted and filed 100+ students' bursary application forms and cheques awarded to them for easy retrieval, which facilitated the auditing process.
- Successfully captured minutes and wrote reports, ensuring that all relevant information was accurately documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Played a critical role in organizing parents' meetings by contacting them through messages, resulting in an increased turnout.
- Educated 30+ women's economic development groups on village savings and loan association group, resulting in improved economic empowerment.
- Assisted in the registration of 5+ CBO, CIG, and BMU groups under the local government management and service delivery program, which facilitated their access to funding.
- Organized and facilitated Kenya marine fisheries and socio-economic development classes for 50+ participants, which enhanced their skills and knowledge.
- Consistently performed any other duties assigned, resulting in improved overall efficiency and productivity.
