My professional expereinece has largely been centered in the junior positions in the insurance industry in Kenya. One of my most significant achievements has been developing and executing a marketing campaign that resulted in a 20% increase in new business within six months.

In addition to marketing and sales, I have also worked on developing partnerships with Insurance companies in the industry under my own Agency to expand our product offerings and enhance our value proposition. I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop new product features and have been instrumental in launching several successful partnerships e.g Oldmutual Kenya and British-American Asset Managers Kenya Limited.

I have also had the opportunity to mentor and develop team members, helping them to grow in their roles and take on new challenges. This has been a rewarding aspect of my professional experience, and I take great pride in seeing the success of my team members.

Overall, my professional experience as a financial advisor has been challenging and rewarding. I have had the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop new skills.
