My name is Ben Nyamasege a Registered clinical officer.For several years I have focused my career path and academic pursuits on learning and developing those all-important skills necessary to be great a clinician . As a personal mission, I strive to empower and improve others outlook and circumstances.I possess diagnosing medical conditions, documenting medical history and treatment plan development skill. Additionally, my ability extends to problem-solving and time-management with proficiency in critical thinking. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided me with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations.

As a clinical officer, I  believe that my education and experience will enable me offer comprehensive care and high quality clinical skills that include proper history taking, clinical examinations, diagnosis , treatment and drug prescription to patient. I ensure I order the required investigations and proper interpretation of the results to the patient

Am also able to attend to emergencies promptly without panic and recommend appropriate referral for cases that cannot be managed in the facility. I do possess reproductive health skills, surgical skills as this will enable me to deal with RH related problems and perform minor surgeries as per the scope of my practice, I will also ensure all patient information are clearly recorded and ensure patient confidentiality.

I believe in been genuine and nurturing additionally, my ability extends to problem-solving and time management with proficiency in critical thinking. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided me with deep understanding and awareness of differences in individual and organization. This quality will enable me support the facilities mission while reflecting positively on professionalism and competencies in its employees.

• Teaching patients and significant others how to managetheir post-treatment home care needs, self-administration of medication and rehabilitation.

• Giving of health talk to patients to improve their health.

• Maintaining a safe working environment as well as maintaining well updated inventories and giving dailyreports of patient to consultant during ward rounds

• Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, andspiritual support to patients, friends, andfamilies.

• Maintaining a therapeutic environment with other health and non- health professionals touplift multi-disciplinary team spirit.

• Preparing timely and accurate records of patient history andrecovery charts.

• Managing emergencies to stabilize patients.

• Initiating patient education plan, as prescribed by the consultant.

• Consulting and coordinating with healthcare teammembers to assess, plan, implement and evaluatepatient care plan

• Completing all physician orders, administering medications, and conducting treatments andtests for patients in a timely manner.

• Developing and implementing care plan for assigned patient; vital signs of patients.

• Screening of non-communicable disease ( htn & Dm ) DkA management
