Lilian Lelimo

I am a passionate Human Resource professional with more than 4 years experience as a generalist. I am looking for a challenging work environment that will sharpen my skills in the field. Knowledge of the employment act of Kenya, experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, HR relations, staff induction are some of the key areas that am well versed with.

I have been working for Fireside Communications Ltd since 2019 as a Human Resource Assistant. Some of the roles that I handle include recruitment of staff, running the training function of the organization, conducting staff induction for new staff, record management, handling staff welfare ,leave management, performance management, disciplinary matters among other HR functions. I

Previously, I worked for People link Consultants Ltd and Workforce Africa Ltd which are HR consultancy firms. My duties involved sourcing for business for the firms products, carried out recruitment, management of staff and was in charge of record management.

A part from HR experience, I worked for Commercial bank of Africa and NIC banks as a direct sales representative where I sourced for customers for the banks products and offered customer service to them.

I hold a bachelor of science degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University.
