About Beatrice Waithera:

My name is Beatrice Waithera Njoroge, I am a holder of a diploma in community health and HIV/Aids management with a 5 year experience in Linkage and Retention. I am very passionate about the marginalized persons in our society .My main roles are linkage of all positives to care and treatment, adherence counselling, appointment management, defaulter tracking, ensuring support groups run smoothly, mentorship of the CHVs among other roles. I am team player, empathetic and and effective communicator, flexible and I can work under minimal supervision.
