INFRASTRUCTURE & LOGISTICS LIMITED – Assistant Logistics Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Include • To accept and sign for deliveries to the warehouse, factory, or stockroom. • To ensure that all subordinate employees work efficiently. • To assist in unloading new supplies • To organize inventory around the warehouse • To supervise use of heavy machinery such as forklifts or conveyor belts usedto transport products. • To track all store or company inventory. • To use computerized inventory software to maintain records of all products and supplies. • To ensure that sales records line up with physical inventory. • To oversee the processing of customer orders. • To review all shipping labels and packaging to ensure that they meet federal regulations. • To ensure that all orders are delivered to customers in a timely fashion. • To address and resolves any issues with delayed shipments. • To Order supplies to replenish inventory as needed. • To maintain and manage delivery schedule. • To ensure that all expenditures stay within company budget. • To ensure that all shipping and ordering deadlines are met. • To serve as point of contact for major distributors. • To report any problems, issues, and losses to companymanager. DIANI REEF BEACH RESORT & SPA - Receiving /purchasing. Duties and responsibilities include: • Handle and manage incoming shipments and materials received • Perform and execute offloading and unpacking of materialsreceived • Inspect and verify the condition of the materials received • Count and verify the materialsreceived • Reconcile materials received against delivery note or invoice quantities • Organize and manage inventory • Contract for suppliers, service, and equipment required by any department in accordance with purchasing procedures • Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment • Obtain fair and open completion on all purchases • Prepare and recommend rules governing the purchase of supplies, services, and equipment to the city manager for city council action • Keep informed of current developments in the realm of purchasing, prices, market conditions and new products • Prepare specifications for supplies, services, and equipment for the cityin consultation with affected departments DIANI REEF BEACH RESORT & SPA – Store Keeper Duties and Responsibilities Include • Arrangement of items in the store in an orderly manner and maintaining the store cleanliness • Applying the FIFO and LIFO method • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct storage area. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels. • Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received. • Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department heads(HOD’s) and approved by FC/GM depending upon the hotel’s operational procedures. • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management orsupervisor
