As an operations manager at Timeless Craft, a social enterprise redefining non-degradable waste like tyres, glass bottles, plastics and fabric into high-end functional, unique décor products through art and design, I established and streamlined production processes, implemented quality control measures, allocated resources and prioritized tasks to ensure successful project delivery. Through marketing and branding, forging strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, fostering positive work environment that supports innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement we recycled tons of waste for profit driving revenue growth, reducing the environmental impacts, created awareness on waste management and sustainable practices, generated employment and skill development opportunities for local communities with in Kampala.
