BAHJA SAAD

My name is Bahja, I am a graduate pursued Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resources Management from UoN. I graduated with a second-class upper division on 24th of September 2021. I am part of Green Peace Africa Volunteer and I was part of University Environmental Awareness Club which mainly dealt with conservation and preservation of Nature and its resources by providing sustainable development measures and prevent overexploitation of resources to ensure prosperity of environmental factors under safe procedures and precautions. However, I took part in different types of projects that concerns environmental conservatio  issues such as Ewaso lions for wildlife (lions) protection against human over-exploitation of wildlife resources as well as Lead-free paints campaign against the use of lead paints that's affects abiotic factors directly and biotic factors indirectly. Lastly, I also took part in the 2018 Blue Economy Conference as a delegate which assisted me in gaining much more knowledge towards the aspects of ending hunger and securing food supply so as to promote health and wealth. 

I don't have much professional experiences, however in 2017 I took part in General Election as a Clerk while I handled keying citizens data in the election kits database, I also handled the citizens in making sure I maintained order and directing them on the rightful procedures moreover I also took in calculating of votes to the respected poll station that I was assigned. 

Recently, in 2022 9th of May I worked as a Secretary at a private sector company known as Job Hunt Resourcing Ltd that's mainly dealt with transporting girls to work in Saudi countries. My duties were mainly administrative tasks such as typing, printing taking care of emails and meetings. Moreover, I was also in charge of applying for the clients both passports and good conducts after creating e-citizen for them.

My most relevant education is my Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resources Management which I loved and enjoyed it while I was pursuing it. This is because this course taught me more about the importance about our environment and fragile it is there's is our sole responsibility to take care of it because our lives depends on it life.
