Am a result driven trainer, mentor and coach with over 5 years of experience in designing and organizing orientation and training programs. Expertise in presenting training materials using diverse approaches, both in person and virtually, achieving 95% approval rating. Adept at leveraging leadership and adoptive teaching techniques to enhance employee performance and engagement.

I have worked for Bridge International Academies for 10 years serving different roles as part of my professional career growth.  

I was able to serve as a class teacher with expertise in classroom delivery and pupil  performance. I served as a teacher trainer as the second role where teachers were given further knowledge and skills to enable them become even better in pedagogical skills, company policies and align with the CBC. 

In my third role I served as a supervisor for schools, managing upto 10 academies ensuring effective learning, safe learning for pupils, proper parent engagement and a go between for the company and the government at the country level.

 The last role was that of a leadership and development officer, where I oversaw training of both new staff, teaching staff and monthly capacity building for the schools, the role also involved school visits for mentorship and coaching of teachers and school leaders.
