I have 3 years of experience working as a customer support supporting Bolt United Kingdom Account.

Am familiar with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Beehive, Slack and professional client systems.

I also have proficiency in using spreadsheet, database, google suite and Calendly  .

I am empathetic and can anticipate what the customer wants.
