About Anne Opondo:

Am looking for a remote Customer Service Job.

I have 3 years of experience working as a customer support supporting Bolt United Kingdom Account.

Am familiar with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Beehive, Slack and professional client systems.

I also have proficiency in using spreadsheet, database, google suite and Calendly  .                                                                 

Experience

I have a 3 year experience working remotely as a customer service representative.

I have good communication skills whereby am able to interact with customers by assisting them overcome any challenge they may face

I enjoy solving problems and offering the best solution's that are simple, direct and work well in order to give customers the greatest experience possible.

Am a very patient person when dealing with customers.

I am empathetic and can anticipate what the customer wants.
