Ann Atuya

My name is Ann Atuya, and  I have completed my coursework for a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing and am currently awaiting graduation. I have a passion for marketing and research, demonstrated through my recent study on the effect of brand attributes on customer retention. Additionally, I’ve contributed to impactful projects, such as fundraising for a fire-affected community with the Kenya Red Cross Society. Known for my attention to detail and adaptability, I’m eager to build a career in marketing, leveraging my skills to drive customer engagement and retention. In my free time, I enjoy managing my online bags store and exploring innovative strategies to grow my business

I gained valuable professional experience during my attachment at the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, where I enhanced my organizational and analytical skills while contributing to key projects. Additionally, I developed strong customer engagement skills, and managed a fundraising project with the Kenya Red Cross Society. As the owner of an online bags store, I’ve also honed my entrepreneurial abilities in digital marketing and business operations.

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree coursework, majoring in Marketing, with a strong focus on customer retention strategies and brand management  and previously earned a Diploma in Business Management. My academic journey included conducting a research study on the effect of brand attributes on customer retention, which honed my analytical and problem-solving skills. Now awaiting graduation, I’m eager to apply my knowledge to drive impactful marketing solutions
