I’m an Education/Project Management Practitioner with over ten years of experience in Curriculum Delivery, School Based Management Training and teacher/Support/Coaching, ICT Integration in Teaching & Learning & Mentorship. Seven years were spent coordinating learning activities in a school, five years implementing a capitation grant and school-based training project aiming at improving the learning outcomes, enrollment, attendance, retention and transition of most vulnerable children in the urban settlements of Nairobi, Mombasa and other 5 counties on both TUSOME and " Let our girls succeed" a project funded by UKAID.  Recently, I was part of the TOOLS COMPETITION 2021 Expert Judge and currently as the Regional coordinator for Education Development Trust for the GEC-T Project in Nairobi.

Through my work experience, as School Based Management/ Instructional Coach / Officer at Mukuru Slums Development Projects, Women Researchers of Kenya(WERK) implementing the TUSOME Project and Currently at Education Development Trust(Wasichana Wetu Wafaulu GEC-T), I have participated in coordinating and facilitating training on School Management & Governance, Child-Friendly Schools Framework, Financial Management and School Climate Change Initiatives, Teacher Mentorships, ICT Integration in teaching and learning to over 500 low-cost private schools in the urban informal settlements of Nairobi and Mombasa and in 8 other counties focusing in NLE(National leaders in Education). This involved mentoring schools on the development of school development plans which were used as a tool for resource mobilization. My role also involved participation in the development of work plans, budgeting, and reports. In addition, I'm conversant with the Community Conversation (CC) approach which is critical in enhancing networking between the schools, communities and key stakeholders.

My technical background in Education and my years of hands-on experience in Curriculum Delivery, Project Management and communication gives me credibility in taking up this role, given the opportunity. I believe my existing skills plus my commitment to continue learning would serve me well in your esteem organization.

I have a Diploma I'm Project Management and a Diploma in Education P1 registered and licenced by TSC.
