I have over 11 years of experience in customer service, product consulting, and front-office operations. I’ve worked in both the tech and telecom industries, including roles at OPPO Kenya and Airtel, where I supported clients, managed complaints, and provided tailored product advice. I’ve also worked as a receptionist and at a law firm, developing strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. I’m passionate about helping customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

I studied Business Management at the University Of Eldoret from 2012 to 2013. My coursework covered customer service, business operations, and organizational behavior—skills that have strongly supported my career in client-facing roles. My education has given me a solid foundation in communication, planning, and delivering value in fast-paced environments.
