Am Kenyan citizen with experience in the hospitality industry for more than 20yrs having worked with reputable establishments.  I believe my ability to learn and work in your organization makes me the ideal candidate. I put safety first following the HACCP procedures and implementing if none having SOP'S. I put a lot of emphasis in training, using the correct procedures, equipment's for client's satisfaction.

Have been a culinary instructor in Tanzania, worked with hotels in Dare salaam, have worked for the serena hotels, InterContinental hotels, worked in the United Kingdom and worked in the mining sector of Gold in Eritrea and lastly Tullow oil drilling in Turkana.
