 Sourcing for Suppliers and evaluation of suppliers to ensure that they meet the
company’s needs.
 Preparation of L.P.O’s.
 Managing and reviewing records of acquired goods and services.
 Managing the procurement process efficiently and effectively.
 Verifying quantification of purchased goods and ensuring that they are of the
quality specified.
 Verifying that the goods and services acquired are within the agreed budget.
 Overseeing procurement of office materials so as to ensure smooth workflow.
 Maintenance of office equipment.
Accounting Duties and Responsibilities
 Managing the company’s accounts.
 Evaluation and Implementation of the existing accounting procedures.

 Preparation of budgets and ensuring that they are properly implemented.
 Preparation and issuing of cheques.
 Preparation of Invoices/Fee notes to be submitted to clients.
 Maintaining Accounting records and updating when necessary.
 Preparation of employees’ payrolls and pay slips.
 Management of expenses such as travel and accommodation of office staff.

 Issuing feedback to KYC agents so as to emphasize on quality.
 Creating audit reports of KYC agents.
