Allan Alara

As an RN, my primary role is to provide compassionate and skilled care to patients. I work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to assess, monitor, and treat individuals across various medical settings. My responsibilities include administering medications, conducting tests, and managing patients' overall well-being. I also educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. As an advocate, I ensure that patients' needs are met and their rights respected. My job demands critical thinking, quick decision-making, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Being an RN is both rewarding and challenging, as I have the priviledge of making a positive impact on people's lives every day.
