I’m Alice Kalondu Chonga, a passionate Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with over seven years of leadership experience in labor relations, employee engagement, and policy development. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to deepen my expertise in building thriving, people-centered workplaces.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kabianga and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the International University of Applied Sciences (IU), Germany, with an expected completion date of November 2026.
