Customer Service and Relations - Greeting customers, receiving and delivering prescription orders, 
gathering clinical information for pharmacists and addressed non-medical questions or concerns.
 Inventory Management and Control - Managing the drug and medical supply stock. This includes
conducting a regular inventory, checking for expired drugs and properly storing, labeling and 
stocking new drugs and supplies.
 Data Entry Duties - Maintain files and computer records for the pharmacy. This includes physician 
orders, deliveries, inventory, cleaning and other miscellaneous records. Provided administrative 
support by answering phones, managing insurance billing and drafting pharmacy reports.
 Preparing medications - Receiving, preparing and packaging prescription orders for dispensing. 
Duties include understanding and interpreting orders, along with measuring, labeling and 
packaging prescriptions.
 Supervise the operation of Pharmacy team members, opening/closing/changing shifts/scheduling, 
and task delegation to team members. Ensure training of team members and provide coaching 
and mentoring.
