1. Maintaining of exterior and interior cleanliness of all the vehicles Including Engine compartment. This includes and not limited to routine checks for the vehicle 
2. Driving staffs to meetings and daily activities. 
3. Ensure insurances and mileage schedules are up to date. 
4. Ensure the vehicles keys are securely stored and appropriately maintained.
5. Check to ensure the general wear and tear of the interior fittings of the vehicles are always checked.
6. Ensure the vehicle has all the safety measures required; these includes tools kits, jacks, wheel spanners, first aid toolboxes, fire extinguishers, fan belts and jump leads. 
7. Offer any other duties that may be assigned to me time to time
