I have been working in the Design and Advertising industry for over 20 years, working in small design houses to medium-sized companies to large advertising agencies, and eventually moved to freelance where I built a varied client base from all industries. 

In line with that, I have always had a passion for sports and fitness and always participated in some form of training since I was in school. Since 2019 - 2021 (mostly during the Covid period) I attended online school to study for and get Certified as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I have also been training in the Martial Art of Muay Thai (thai Kickboxing) for the last 10 years and have also competed abroad and now coach individuals and groups. 

These are some of the skills I offer:

Graphic Design - specifically in building brand identities, brand development, and rebranding

Personal Training in areas of Strength and Conditioning, Fundamentals of Training, Functional Training, and Mobility. Muay Thai Coaching.

 I offer this to both males and females, children from age 6 years onwards, and seniors.
