Experience
I have 9 years’ experience managing clients both in sales and marketing. I have spent 6 years selling branding / advertising materials such as signage, billboards, POS materials and marketing merchandise for activations and 3 years working for an advertising agency as an Account Manager.
My background consists of numerous achievements in prospecting new clients and developing markets to analyzing account activities and coaching and managing teams, I excel at directing all aspects of account management while continually generating new business opportunities. Furthermore, I have regularly been selected over my peers to service large-scale, top-generating corporate accounts in recognition of my outstanding customer service and relationship management talents.
Most importantly, I bring on board expertise in; sales management, project management, consumer insights research, market analysis, vendor/agency management, budget management, creative development supervision, brand ambassador management and social media management. Some of the roles I am tasked with handling include; handling product listing in key accounts, ensuring the sales of products and generating orders, managing merchandisers, supervising them, training them and managing their performance, participating in marketing and campaign activities as well as handling issues arising and monitoring competitor’s activities.
