Yvette Akinyi

I am currently a student at The University of Nairobi, main campus. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics. I have just completed my 3rd year of study and will be enrolled in my final year of study as from October 2023. 

I am actively seeking part-time opportunities that will give me any work experience. 

Fun fact: I am an extrovert

I have volunteered to serve as a secretary of the finance committee in a non-profit organisation named Shofar. My responsibilities include writing quarterly reports, filling requisition forms, writing minutes of meetings and managing transaction records. 

These experiences have sharpened my communication and organisational skills, fostered teamwork, taught me patience and how to interact with people. I have also learnt that i work best with deadlines and i follow instructions to the letter.
