I have rich experience in recruiting for various industries, including technology, healthcare, and business. My recruitment background includes sourcing, screening, and assessing top talent for a range of roles, from entry-level to executive/director positions.
As a Senior Recruiter at Gratitude Inc., I am responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. I develop and execute sourcing strategies, screening resumes, negotiating offers with candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience between the candidate and the client resulting in a 90% retention rate for hires.
