I am a Kenyan citizen and a holder of a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development from the Jommo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a CQI-IRCA recognized and certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor.
I have additional training and experience in Food Safety, ISO standards, FSSC 22000,  BRCGS (food safety), KEBS standards, Food Safety Management Systems, Operational Health & Safety (OH&S),  Environmental Impact assessment/audit and fire safety.
I have worked as a Food Safety expert and team lead in quality management systems implementation; and their associated operations, and Human resource trainer in Food Safety & Hygiene both in food production, cold storage, handling and transportation.
I am also well-endowed with knowledge on agricultural production and agricultural value chains management. Having accrued the said knowledge from other practical experiences in different agricultural sub-sectors and agricultural products such as coffee, hass avocado production, sweet potato production and more recently wheat rusk manufacturing
Having a strengthened understanding in agricultural economics, food handling, quality assurance, quality management systems and at different stages (farm to fork) of the food supply chain, I believe I would thus be a suitable and profitable and addition to your operations.

Ensuring quality adherence in the entire organization's internal and external operations from raw material acquisition to finished product transportation.
Monitoring internal operations to ensure conformity to the established food safety management system in accordance to ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 International standards.

Supplier appraisal and conducting supplier audits to ensure quality input materials in liason with procurement team. 
Planning and coordinating the receiving, appropriate handling and storage of purchased materials,  such as the raw materials, ingredients, cleaning solutions, maintenance equipment and chemicals. 
Designing stores and storage layouts to ensure food safety and minimizing cross-contact spillage in line with the relevant ISO/TS series requirements 
Scheduling and conducting product analysis as part of verification activities 
Developing maintenance programs in liaison maintenance department to keep all equipment in good working condition thus also ensuring continuous/uninterrupted operations.
Responding to customer-related complaints and notifications as well as responses from third-party auditors and regulatory bodies.
Implementing and ensuring continual improvement of company-wide quality assurance systems to ensure customers’ requirements and expectations are met in accordance to established business policies.
