An internal management system for a construction company to track sales, inventory, and operational data.

The Problem

The construction company was managing inventory, sales, and project supplies through spreadsheets and manual records. Stock levels were inaccurate, materials went missing, and there was no clear visibility into what was sold, what was in stock, or what needed reordering.

The Solution

Built a centralized inventory and sales tracking platform tailored for construction operations. Real-time stock management, sales recording, and reporting—all accessible to authorized staff with role-based permissions.
