    HR Functional Consultant Position Overview
    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to design, implement, and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in working closely with HR teams, IT specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions align with business goals.
    • HR Process Analysis and Optimization
      • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine HR workflows.
      • Recommend and implement best practices for HR operations.
    • System Implementation and Configuration
      • Lead or support the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or other HR technology platforms.
      • Configure systems to meet business needs, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits modules.
      • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
    • Project Management
      • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR technology initiatives.
      • Coordinate between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
      • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Training and Support
      • Train HR teams and end-users on system functionalities and updates.
      • Create user manuals, training materials, and support documentation.
      • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
    • Data Management and Reporting
      • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
      • Develop and generate custom reports to meet organizational needs.
      • Support HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
    • Compliance and Security
      • Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
      • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data privacy.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
    • Project management experience, with PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Experience with data visualization tools.
    • Knowledge of cloud-based HR solutions and integrations.
    • Familiarity with HR policies and legal regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
