Job title: Data Processing-Team Lead

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Processing Team Lead to join our team at PST. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Data Entry Specialists and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate task assignments from our Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
• Organize the working schedules of the DES team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Liaise with various workflow participants and act as the point of contact for progressing actions.
• Provide and maintain accurate documentation to support the team's progress.
• Implement, optimize, and automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Write requirements for other teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
• Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage your team effectively to achieve goals and objectives.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual DES team members.
• Train new DES team members on workflows and company policies.
• Coordinate tasks and work schedules to minimize conflicts and delays.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with both Data Entry Specialist (DES) and non-DES teams.
• Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members across different time zones.
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and conducting remote coaching and mentoring sessions.
• The ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A thorough understanding of large language models is essential.
