We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead visual design efforts for our overseas marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the core visual design for overseas marketing campaigns independently creating Key Visuals (KV) expanding them into a full set of design deliverables including Campaign posters Social media graphics Promotional video covers Offline event and exhibition materials Adapt visual styles to align with local cultural characteristics while maintaining global brand tone and consistency Design and deliver new product marketing materials for overseas markets including Product brochures Launch posters Product detail page visual optimization Short-form video cover designs Ensure high quality and on-time delivery in fast-paced environments Build optimize manage the overseas visual design system including design guidelines templates standards ensure consistent global brand recognition Lead mentor the design team Allocate tasks efficiently Manage timelines project progress Provide creative guidance professional development Foster collaborative high-performance team culture Collaborate closely Overseas Marketing Product Sales cross-functional teams accurately translate business goals effective visuals solutions Stay update global trends regional aesthetics continuously improving visuals competitiveness overseas markets Conduct final quality compliance reviews all materials accuracy alignment Local laws regulations Cultural norms sensitivities Complete other related tasks assigned department.
