    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing event strategies, managing suppliers, and fostering relationships with community organizations and vendors. Additionally, they will oversee digital marketing efforts, produce marketing materials, organize events, and develop business development plans to expand our services.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality sector.
    • Develop event strategies that generate quality leads for our clients.
    • Manage a variety of events, from creating concepts to planning and production, for various clients.
    • Identify, secure, and manage suppliers for events with excellence.
    • Prepare and manage all event communications to ensure a high-quality experience before, during, and after the event.
    • Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and vendors to build partnerships and referral networks.
    • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
    • Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
    • Organize and participate in events, marketing programs, and business development initiatives.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you must have:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
