    Overview of the Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review ETL-generated templates for accuracy, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements.
    • Correct OCR errors and amendments in claims by comparing current versions with previous submissions.
    • Modify rejection statements to meet client formatting and phrasing needs.
    • Ensure cited art is included, OCR'd, and annotated as per client requests.
    • Verify company analytics reports are included in packets and download them if necessary.

    Requirements

    • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Strong English language proficiency.
    • Ability to interpret complex instructions and apply them to document reviews.
    • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps or higher and access to your own computer or laptop are required.
    • No prior experience needed; applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Desired Skills

    • Experience in data analysis, quality control, or related fields.
