About the Role:

Rubrik is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to engage with customers, build relationships, and drive sales growth.

This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing engagement strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
• BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
