About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Representative to join our team at Rubrik. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services to valued customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
In this role, you will develop and nurture relationships with clients, assessing and analyzing their needs and preferences.
You will effectively present and showcase our products and services, negotiating agreements and facilitating successful transactions.
To excel in this position, you must remain updated on current market trends and competitor actions, collecting feedback from customers to enhance our offerings.
Achieving and surpassing sales goals and targets is crucial to your success in this role, as is compiling detailed sales reports and projections.
You will collaborate with marketing and other departments to craft innovative promotional strategies, engaging in training and professional development initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
- Effective time management capabilities
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
