    JOB SUMMARY

    The role holder will execute retail operations at Sun King LPG Shop location.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    Retail operations to customer homesConduct the installations, cylinder exchange, meter exchanges and in house service eventsDistribution targetsEnsure that distribution activities meet cost targets (e.g cost per delivery)Create delivery schedules to minimize travel timeInventory ManagementAccurate tracking of inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.Minimization of inventory shrinkage through effective loss prevention measures.Optimization of inventory turnover rate to maximize profitability and minimize holding costsTeam ManagementEffective delegation of tasks and responsibilities among installers to ensure smooth operations.Development of a motivated and engaged team through coaching, feedback, and recognition.Creation of a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.Installer Field CoachingProvision of comprehensive in-field training and field coaching of installers to enhance their product knowledge and job skills.Evaluation of training effectiveness through assessments and feedback from team membersContinuous development of staff through ongoing training sessions and workshops.ComplianceImplementation of internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Adherence to all relevant LPG regulations and guidelines related to stock management andretail operations.Regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and address any issues ordiscrepancies promptly
