This contract role as a Strategic Business Growth Specialist will be based on-site in Athi River. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing effective growth strategies, and collaborating with our internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development:
• Develop and maintain the local feed raw material market
• Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations with major feed processing companies
• Formulate market development plans and implement them effectively to enhance the company's reputation and market share in the industry

• Customer Management:
• Explore potential customers and actively contact target customers
• Manage existing customer resources and maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Sales Channel Construction:
• Establish a stable sales network for the company using personal industry resources and channels
• Analyze market trends and customer needs, and formulate corresponding sales strategies

• Business Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Lead business negotiations with customers and be responsible for contract signing and follow-up during execution
• Ensure smooth transaction processes and handle problems encountered during sales

• Market Information Collection:
• Regularly collect and analyze market information and competitor situations
• Provide data support and market suggestions for company decision-making

Requirements:

• Education background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, international trade, or agriculture-related majors is preferred
• Work experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in feed raw material trade or related industries
• Skill requirements: Excellent market insight and business development capabilities, excellent negotiation and communication skills, familiar with operating procedures of feed raw material trade, and certain contract management knowledge
• Language skills: Fluency in English and Swahili is required
• Other requirements: Strong stress resistance, ability to achieve goals in a dynamic market environment, high sense of responsibility, and good team work skills
