Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dining Room Waitress role located in Mombasa County, Kenya.

The Dining Room Waitress will provide excellent customer service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring guests have a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities include presenting the menu, making recommendations, serving meals, addressing customer requests or concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area.

Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service to understand menu items, make recommendations, and serve dishes efficiently.

Basic Cooking knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation processes and providing informed suggestions to guests.
Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining space.
Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage.
