Personal Assistant to CEO
Position Type:
Full-Time (Remote)
About The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant with at least 4 years of direct experience supporting a CEO or C-Suite executive.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Utilize QuickBooks for expense tracking and reporting.
Use to coordinate projects and tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO or C-Suite executive.
Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
Independent Contractor Pay:
$4 per hour
