    Emerge Egress Consulting is a dynamic HR Management & Training Consulting Firm based in Nairobi. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Professional-Hospitality Industry to join our team and support the operations of our firm.

    About the Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the sales activities of our firm.

    As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and staff to ensure that all needs are met. Your strong problem-solving and crisis management skills will enable you to effectively handle any issues that may arise.

    The successful candidate will have a strong ability to deal with a busy frontline work environment, greeting, assisting, and directing visitors efficiently. Your excellent communication skills and professional appearance will make you an ideal fit for this role.

    • Assist with various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments
    • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both internal and external
    • Handle scheduling for the conference room, appointments, and manage staff calendars as required
    • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required
