    Job Title: Data Quality Analyst

    Role Overview:

    As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in cross-checking and compiling data to ensure alignment with client-specific requirements. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in English, and the ability to interpret complex instructions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and edit documents generated from ETL templates, ensuring they match client-provided specifications.
    • Correct OCR errors and amendments in claims by comparing current versions with last filed claims.
    • Modify rejection statements to fit client-specific formatting and phrasing requirements.
    • Incorporate cited art, OCR it, and annotate as per client requests.
    • Verify company analytics reports are included in packets, downloading them if necessary.
    • Maintain high levels of data quality by making necessary changes and edits before re-uploading.

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Strong proficiency in the English language.
    • Ability to interpret complex client instructions and apply them to document reviews.
    • Windows machine preferred over Mac.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word) and Adobe.
    • Pass a skill fit test with a score of 95% or above.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
    • Stable internet connection with minimum speed of 50 Mbps and access to own computer or laptop required.
    • No prior experience needed; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in data analysis, quality control, or related field.
    • Knowledge of ETL processes and Optical Character Recognition technology.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
