IT Sales / Business Development Executive – Managed IT Services
Job Summary

We are a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) offering IT Support, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, and Infrastructure Management to global clients.

We are looking for a driven sales professional who can actively generate leads, engage prospects, and convert them into long-term managed services clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and consultative selling in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new B2B leads for Managed IT Services
Perform cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
Target SMBs, startups, healthcare, professional services, and other relevant industries
Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline
Sales & Client Engagement
Understand client IT pain points and propose suitable MSP solutions
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos with technical teams

Present service offerings such as:
Managed IT Support
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Cloud & Backup Solutions
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM)
Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and close deals
Collaboration & Market Feedback
Work closely with technical and operations teams
Provide market feedback on competitor offerings and pricing
Suggest improvements to sales messaging and outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in B2B IT sales or MSP sales
Strong understanding of Managed IT Services (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English)
Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
Familiarity with CRM tools
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commission
Attractive commission on closed deals
Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager / Account Manager role
