- Lead the DREAMS/ASRH program, working closely with the SP's coordinator
- Develop and implement program strategies to achieve the program's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with MOHCC and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of the program
- Maintain strong relationships with programme partners and stakeholders
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the program
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these gaps
- Submit timely, accurate, and quality reports on all program activities
- Registered General Nurse or equivalent
- Certificate in Rapid HIV Testing and Counselling is a must
- At least two years of managing HIV interventions in the public health sector or NGO sector
- Registration with the Nurses Council of Kenya and Tanzania
- Research License to practice as a nurse in Kenya and Tanzania
- Sound knowledge and experience in M&E are an added advantage
