Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a DREAMS/ASRH Program Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the DREAMS/ASRH program, working closely with the SP's coordinator, design and coordinate the implementation of DREAMS and ASRH program activities (for both facility and community).

About the Role:

• Lead the DREAMS/ASRH program, working closely with the SP's coordinator
• Develop and implement program strategies to achieve the program's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with MOHCC and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of the program
• Maintain strong relationships with programme partners and stakeholders
• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these gaps
• Submit timely, accurate, and quality reports on all program activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered General Nurse or equivalent
• Certificate in Rapid HIV Testing and Counselling is a must
• At least two years of managing HIV interventions in the public health sector or NGO sector
• Registration with the Nurses Council of Kenya and Tanzania
• Research License to practice as a nurse in Kenya and Tanzania
• Sound knowledge and experience in M&E are an added advantage
