Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the promotion and brand visibility of the resort located in Butere, Kakamega county through digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
● Manage and regularly update the resort website.
● Manage social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries.
● Create marketing content including posters, captions, videos, and promotional materials.
● Support event marketing and brand partnerships.
● Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
● Assist with guest engagement and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
● Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
