Lead QA for ERP System

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead QA to ensure high-quality standards and operational excellence across our enterprise solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage and mentor a QA team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Strategy Development: Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored to ERP systems, focusing on functional, performance, and security testing.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform at their best.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct end-to-end testing, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, across ERP modules to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Defect Management and Resolution: Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, working with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on ERP systems.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within QA, preferably in ERP or enterprise software environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS platforms.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
