Duties

• Provide personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer an estimated salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 per annum based on experience and location.

Requirements
