    Description

    Job Title: Procurement Officer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at GAP Recruitment Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing purchases and developing new contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient supplies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor accounting GRIR and reduce it to a minimum amount on a daily basis.
    • Process all credit notes.
    • Assist in drafting vendor contracts.
    • Prepare supporting documents for opening letters of credit and submit them to finance.
    • Receive, collect, and verify payment invoices and submit them to finance.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
    • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and internal customers.
    • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
    • Ensure high-quality products and supplies.
    • Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
    • Review and analyze vendors, supply, and price options.
    • Maintain and update lists of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Procurement, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in Procurement in the Manufacturing industry.
    • Strong competency in tendering processes and contract management.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and a detail-oriented approach.
    • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
